Shipping Methods

We offer multiple shipping options through our trusted logistics partners, including 4PX, FedEx, DHL, and UPS.

Customers can select their preferred shipping method during checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination country, customs clearance, local courier operations, weather conditions, and peak shopping seasons.

Custom-Made Products

Many of our products are handmade and customized to ensure exceptional craftsmanship and uniqueness.

Each item is carefully created by skilled artisans, and the production process usually takes approximately 15–25 business days before shipment.

Once production is completed, the package will be shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout.

Because customized products are specially made for each customer, production times may vary slightly depending on order complexity and seasonal demand.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday.

Order Cut-Off Time

17:00 (GMT+08:00) Hong Kong Standard Time (Hong Kong)

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.

Tracking updates may take several days to appear depending on the shipping carrier and destination country.

Item Not Received

If you have not received your package within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at:

Our customer support team will coordinate with the shipping department and delivery carrier to investigate the shipment status and assist you as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses and contact information when placing orders.

Memorial Planete is not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information submitted by the customer.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Language & Currency

Our website is currently available in English only.

We support payments in multiple currencies. During checkout, prices may automatically convert into USD based on real-time exchange rates provided by the payment system.

Packaging Information

Due to the special nature of customized products and certain delicate materials, we take extra precautions to ensure safe delivery.

Before shipment, products may be wrapped with multiple layers of protective bubble packaging and reinforced outer packaging to minimize the risk of damage during transportation.
